摘要 《体育与健康课程标准》所确定的体育课程性质,违背了基本的课程理论与原理,走进了"非课程化"误区。课程性质确定的偏误使"课程标准"不能明确课程内容和评价标准,对体育教师教学实战没有直接的指导和约束作用,也使体育课程与教学理论研究和决策走进了困境。重构体育课程性质必须确立体育技能为内容、运动学习为手段、全面育人为根本目标。 The nature of PE curriculum defined in "The Standards for Physical Education and Health Curriculum" is contrary to the basic curriculum theories and principles and falls into a non --curricular pitfall. The "Curriculum Standards" are indistinct in the definition of curriculum contents and evaluation cretiera and therefore cannot be strictly followed as the guidelines for PE Teachers' teaching practices. The nature of PE curriculum should be redefined with physical education skills as contents , motion learning as means and talents cultivation as a fundamental target.
