摘要
地缘政治学是一种动态发展的理论,受政治、经济、文化和科学技术等因素的影响。随着全球化的发展,中国新地缘政治应运而生,中国新地缘政治以"和平、发展、合作"方针为旗帜,以日益强大的综合国力为后盾,坚定不移地走和平发展的道路,推行独立自主的和平外交政策,坚持互利共赢的开放战略,其目标是同各国一起努力共同创建一个和谐世界。构建和谐亚太是中国实行新地缘政治的关键一环,包括"四个基本面,四个方位"战略。
This paper analyses the new geopolitics in the Globalization Era as well as China's new geopolitics.Chinese new geopolitics is made of two parts:the Harmonious Asia Concept and the Harmonious World Concept.The former consists of four basic aspects and four directions;the latter is of the core philosophy of the Chinese new geopolitics in the spirit of peace,development and cooperation.It adheres to the peaceful development road and independent peaceful foreign policy and sticks to the mutual-benefits and win-win open-up strategy which aims at building a harmonious world with joint efforts of other counties.
