微流控芯片技术及其在血液分析中的研究进展 被引量:2

Microfluidic chip and its applications in blood analysis

摘要 微流控芯片技术是在微机电系统(micro electro-mechanical system,MEMS)基础上发展起来的新型技术平台。随着该技术的日益发展,其微型化与集成化的特点决定了它在生物医学领域中的巨大应用潜力及广阔的发展前景。文章结合微流控芯片技术研究最近涌现出的新技术、新材料及其在血液分析中的最新研究进展,总结了微流控芯片技术研究的新特点、新材料与制作方法、检测技术及其在血液分析中的应用,最后对微流控芯片的发展前景进行了展望,以加快微流控芯片技术向分子、细胞以及全血分析等研究领域的渗透。 Microfluidic chip is a novel technical platform developed on the micro-electrical mechanical-system (MEMS). With its development,the characteristics of miniaturization and integration detemines it to be of great potential use and prospect in biology and medicine. Based on the advances of this technology, the present review summarizes its new characteristics, materials preparation and methods, analytical technique utilized and its applications in blood analysis. Also, in order to accelerate its applications in molecular/cellular and whole blood analysis, its prospect is also outlined in brief.
