摘要
采用匀浆提取法从脱脂印楝种子中提取印楝素A,研究了提取过程中不同影响因子对提取效果的影响。确定的匀浆提取优化条件为:以乙酸甲酯作为提取溶媒,料液比1∶12,匀浆3min,匀浆提取1次。此法与超声波法、回流法、冷浸提取法相比,具有设备和操作简单、提取率高、快速等特点。
An experiment was conducted to study the extraction effect of Azadirachtin-A from degreased Azadirachta indica seed by the method of homogenate extraction. The optimum technology parameters for homogenate extraction were obtained as homogenate for one time and three minutes at one time with 100% methyl acetate at a ratio of liquid to solid of 12： 1（mL： g）. Compared with other extraction methods, such as ultrasonic extraction, refluxing extraction, and room temperature extraction, the homogenate extraction with simple apparatus has the advantages of rapid, high efficiency, and easy to operate.
