疏血通注射液对急性脑梗死患者血浆同型半胱氨酸的影响 被引量：3

摘要 目的:观察疏血通注射液对急性脑梗死患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的影响,间接证明疏血通注射液治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:将40例急性脑梗死患者按入院顺序随机分为疏血通注射液治疗组20例,丹参酮注射液对照组20例,进行血浆Hcy水平对比分析,同时观察2组治疗前后血浆Hcy水平的改变。结果:治疗组治疗后血浆Hcy水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组血浆Hcy水平治疗前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),但对照组血浆Hcy水平治疗前后无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:疏血通注射液可以降低急性脑梗死患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平,治疗急性脑梗死疗效确切。
