摘要
快速公交系统以其特有的优势成为城市公共交通系统不可或缺的组成部分。本文结合快速公交系统的自身特点,首次从设施水平、服务水平、效益水平和与城市协调水平四个方面构建了适合快速公交系统的评价指标体系及其递阶层次结构,并对各评价指标的含义进行了具体的说明;接着提出了各评价指标的等级划分标准;然后,对灰色聚类评价方法进行了简要的介绍;最后,应用灰色聚类评价方法对某城市的快速公交系统发展水平进行了具体的评价。研究结果表明,运用灰色聚类评价方法能够对快速公交系统的发展水平进行正确的综合评价。
Bus Rapid Transit is very important for the urbanpublic transport system of China According to the characteristics of the BRT system, this paper first built up a multi-layer evaluation index system structure for the BRT system from four aspects, that is, the level of facilities, service, efficiency and coordination among cities. And then, the meanings of the evaluation indexes were explained. Secondly, the standard of the evaluation index level was put forward, and the content and the step of the gray clustering method is studied. At last, with the gray clustering method, an example of BRT evaluation were finished firstly. The result shows that this method can evaluate the system of BRT correctly.
