摘要
强调政府在新农村建设过程中的生态责任,既是服务型政府本质和可持续发展理论的体现,也是人与自然关系的理性回归,更是我国农村生态环境现状的客观要求.积极履行政府在新农村建设中的生态责任,要从树立生态文明理念、转变农业经济发展方式、健全农业法律法规体系、提升农业技术水平等方面着手和努力.
Emphasis on the ecological responsibility taken by government in the process of building new countryside has the following importance ： embodying the essence of the service-oriented government and the sustainable development theory; rational reflecting of the relationship between man and nature; objective demanding for improving ecological environment status in the rural areas. It was proposed that local government should try hard to take the responsibility for environment protection, establish the concept of ecological civilization, change the development model of agricultural economy, improve the agricultural law and regulation system and promote the level of agricultural technology.
