摘要
利用50、100、150、200、400、600 Gy六个剂量的60Co-γ射线对敖汉苜蓿品种的种子进行处理,以未处理的种子为对照。将试验的种子种在花盆里调查出苗率,并于2004年6月移栽到大田。2004~2006年连续三年对田间M1代植株的株高和生物产量进行测定。结果表明:六个剂量的60Co-γ射线处理后的种子出苗率均略低于对照;株高在处理间存在差异,其中,150 Gy剂量与对照存在极显著差异,400、100和600 Gy与对照之间存在显著差异,各剂量处理之间无显著差异;生物产量在六个剂量的处理之间、处理与对照之间均没有达到显著性差异。
Using Aohan alfalfa of medicago was treated with ^60Co-γ ray that the dose is 50,100,150,200,400,600 Gy was measured with comparable group,taking the unsettled seed as the comparison. The seed grew in the flowerpot to investigate the rate of seedlings emergence,and transplanted in June,2004 to the trial field, The height of plan and the biological yield of M1 were measured in the continuously three years with 2004~2006 year. The results showed after six dosage^60Co-γ the processing seed rate of seedlings emergence slightly was lower than the comparison. Height of plant saved the difference in processing, 150 Gy dosage with the comparison subsist extremely remarkable difference, between 400,100 and 600 Gy and the comparison has the remarkable difference, between various dosage processing haven't remarkable difference;The biological yield between six dosage,processing and the comparison hasn't achieved the remarkable difference.
