摘要
采用能量为25keV的不同剂量(4×1016N+/cm2、6×1016N+/cm2、8×1016N+/cm2、12×1016N+/cm2)N+束注入燕麦种胚,研究了N+离子束注入后,燕麦M1代和M2代种子的发芽率,幼苗体内过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,叶绿素含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、可溶性糖及可溶性蛋白含量的影响。实验结果表明:以12×1016N+/cm2剂量处理燕麦较合适,能提高燕麦M1和M2代种子的发芽率,幼苗POD、CAT活性和可溶性蛋白含量,有利于幼苗生长。
Embryos of Oat seed were implanted with different dosage of N^= at the energy of 25keV. The dosage ranged from 4 × 10^16 N^+/cm^2 to 12 × 10^16 N^+/cm^2. The effects on germination rate of seed, superoxide dismutase (SOD),peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) activities of M1 and M2 generation of Oat seedlings were studied, contents of malondiadehyde (MDA), chlorophyll, soluble sugar and soluble protein were checked up. The results showed that: It suggested that optimum dosage( 12 × 10^16 N^+/cm^2 ) of N^+ ion beam implantation could mire gemfination rate of M, and M2 seeds, improve superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase(CAT) activity and soluble sugar content, and promote seedlings of Oat to grow.
