摘要 以钛酸四丁酯为原料,利用溶胶凝胶法制备Ag+掺杂TiO2纳米粉体,采用正交实验考察了掺杂量、浓硝酸、冰醋酸、煅烧温度等因素对其制备的影响,从而确定制备工艺最佳条件。通过XRD、TEM、TG-DSC等测试技术对掺杂纳米TiO2粉体进行表征。最佳工艺条件为:掺Ag+量0.5%(摩尔分数),冰醋酸1mL,浓硝酸0.2mL,煅烧温度450℃,制得颗粒粒径为12.16nm。以甲基橙为降解物,通过自制光催化反应装置,研究了光催化剂的活性,结果表明:Ag+掺杂制备的TiO2纳米粉体具有较高的光催化活性,试验条件下Ag+掺杂TiO2纳米粉体最高降解率为79.38%。 Nanometer TiO2 powder doped with Ag^+ was prepared by sol-gel using Ti (OC4H9)4 as raw materials. The influence of amount of Ag^+ (mole fraction), HNO3, glacial acetic acid, temperature of calcinations was investigated by the orthogonal experiment. The optimum experiment condition was gained. The structure and morphology of TiO2 have been characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and TG - DSC testing techniques. From the orthogonal experiment the best condition : the quantity of the doped Ag^+ is mole fraction 0.5%, CH3C(X)H is lml, aqua HNO3 is 0.2mL, the temperature calcinations is 450℃, and the TiO2 particle size is 12.16 nm under this experiment conditions. The photo-catalytie activity of TiO2 was studied by the degradation of methyl orange. Results show that the doping of Ag^+ can effectively improve the photo catalytic activities of TiO2. The maximum ratio of degradation of methyl orange can reach to 79.38 %.
