自制纳米TiO_2光催化剂对水中甲基橙的降解 被引量:3

摘要 以硫酸氧钛(TiOSO4)为原料,制备了掺银的纳米TiO2光催化剂.将该催化剂用于甲基橙溶液的降解试验,考查了掺银量、催化剂加入量、溶液pH值、溶液浓度对降解率的影响.结果表明:在浓度为10 mg/L的甲基橙溶液(pH=3)中,投加6.0 g/L掺银量为5%的光催化剂时降解率为78.1%.表明用掺杂的纳米TiO2光催化剂处理水中的有机物是一条有效的途径. Using TiOSO4 as raw matexial, nancmeter TiO2 mixed with silver that can be used as a light catalyst was synthesized and its degradation effect on Methyl Orange was investigated. Under conditions of different doses of silver and catalyst, different pH and Methyl Orange concentration of 10mg/L, the degradation percent was 50.1% when the dose of silver weight reached 5%, 65.6% when the dose of catalyst of TiO2 reached 6.0g/L, 78.1% when pH was 3.0, all of which showed that the application of nanometer light catalyst is an effective way to treat the wastewater containing Methyl Orange.
