摘要
解读休闲体育教育的内涵是现代学校体育理论成果向实践转化的重要环节。从宏观层面来看,具有时代特性的休闲体育教育既是休闲和体育教育两个文化范畴一体化的表现,也是现代休闲生活方式的基本内核。从微观层面来看,它既是以休闲运动项目为内容的体育教育活动,也体现了休闲化的体育教学过程之义。其价值取向则表现为形成积极人生态度和自我意识和谐的获得。
Decoding the connotation of leisure sports education is one important part in turning the sport theoretical achievement of modem school into practice. At the macroscopic aspect, leisure sports education , with time charactenstics, is not only the intersection of two culture categories - leisure and sports education, but also the basic core of modem leisure life style. At the microscopic aspect, it is not only the sports education activity whose content is leisure sport item, but also embodies the significance of the process of sports education＇ s leisure turn. Its value orientation can be expressed on shaping an aggressive attitude and getting the harmony of self- consciousness.
