摘要
经皮给药系统,是指皮肤给药而起到全身治疗作用的控释制剂,经皮给药制剂能够保持血药水平稳定在有效治疗浓度范围内,避免了胃肠道及肝的首过作用,它是第三代药物制剂开发研究的中心。中药经皮给药是指将中药制成各种合适外用剂型施于皮肤(患处或相应经穴),通过皮肤吸收作用于皮肤局部或进入体内产生药效,达到治疗目的的给药方法。我国古代许多医籍中对中药经皮治疗都有记载,如《内经》、《肘后备急方》、《理瀹骈文》等名著,特别是《理瀹骈文》,收集了100多种经皮治疗的方法,方剂达1500多首。就经皮给药的发展史作一简要叙述。
