摘要
通过硅胶柱色谱和制备HPLC等手段,从辽东楤木芽中分离得到2个新化合物,利用理化性质和光谱方法鉴定其结构分别为1-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(E)-3-hexene和1-O-β-D-glu-copyranosyl(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3,7-dimethyl-2(E),6-heptdiene。该化合物为未见文献报道的新化合物,分别命名为刺龙芽糖苷Ⅰ(congmuyaglycosideⅠ,1)和刺龙芽糖苷Ⅱ(congmuyaglycosideⅡ,2)。
Two new glycosides from the buds of Aralia elata (Miq.) Seem. was isolated by silica gel column chronatograply and preparative HPLC. And their structures were elucidated by chemical characters and spectroscopic analysis as 1-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl( 1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(E )-3-hexene and 1-O-β-D- glucopyranosyl( 1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3, 7-dimethyl-2 ( E ), 6-heptdiene. The two new glycosides were named congmuyaglycoside I and eongmuyaglycoside Ⅱ .
