摘要
通过查阅和整理国内外相关文献资料,简述了辽东楤木体细胞组织培养研究的现状与进展。目前辽东楤木可以通过两种途径获得再生苗,一条途径是胚状体成苗,另一条途径是分割丛生芽诱导生根成苗。而在辽东楤木体细胞胚和丛芽的诱导过程中,外植体、培养基、生长调节物质、培养条件(接种量、pH值、糖浓度、光照等)均为其关键因素。
Through consulting and tidying up the related literature materials at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the main research progress on somatic cell tissue culture of Araha clara. Regenerated plantlets of Aralia clara can be obtained by two ways, one is embryoid into plantlet, the other is divided cluster buds into roots and then inducing roots into seedlings. In the process of somatic embryo and cluster bud induction, explants, culture medium, growth regulating substances and cultivating conditions （inoculation quantity, pH value, sugar concentration, illumination, etc.） all are playing critical roles.
