摘要
介绍了五自由度磁悬浮盘片系统的工作原理和硬件组成,并且推导出盘片控制信号方程,重点讨论了PID控制算法在系统中的应用,在系统稳定工作后研究了两种滤波算法对系统性能的影响。通过反复调试与改进,实现了盘片长期稳定悬浮,系统具有反应快速、工作稳定、性能良好等优点。
The working principle and hardware architecture of an active 5-degree-of-freedom magnetic suspending plane system were presented. Formulas of control signals were established and the application of PID arithmetic has been discussed. Two different filtering arithmetic were studied after stable suspending. After debugging and improving. the experimental results demonstrate that the system can realize long-time stable suspending with good performance.
