摘要
通过现状水文资料和社会经济资料的分析,对1996～2005年廊坊市区域水资源可利用量、社会经济需水量进行了估算,利用水资源供需平衡指数法对廊坊市区域现状水资源供需平衡状况进行分析。供需平衡分析结果表明,廊坊市属于严重的资源性缺水地区,区域现状水资源对于相应的社会经济发展规模是不可承载的,除了加快实施南水北调,增加水资源量外,提高农业用水效率,减少需水量,是提高水资源承载力的关键。
After analyzing the hydrological information and social-economic information, volumes of available water resource and social-economic water demand from 1996 to 2005 are estimated in Langfang region. The states of current water supply-demand balance in Langfang region are analyzed by means of index of water resource supply-demand balance. The results show that Langfang region belongs to high water-shortage region,the social-economic scale is non-supportable for existing water resource in langfang region,besides increasing volume of water resource via expediting actualization of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project, decreasing volume of water demand via advancing water-utilizing efficiency in agriculture is the key for advancing water resource carrying capacity.
