摘要
廊坊城市化的发展,造成城市地表水严重污染,地下水超量开采,开发利用城市雨水资源势在必行。雨水是一种最根本、最直接、最经济的水资源。本文从雨水的自然属性与社会属性两个方面,分析了雨水的资源性与危害性,提出了廊坊市雨水资源化的途径及应采取的措施。
Following the urbanization development, Langfang is facing the severe contamination of surface water and over-explored groundwater and inevitably needs to make use of urban rainfalls, as a direct and economical resource. This paper, based on the nature and society of rainfalls, analyzes the available resource and harm of urban rainfalls and presents the approaches to utilize rainfalls resource in Langfang.
