摘要
有组织犯罪是当今国际社会公认的一种最高形态的犯罪,被联合国大会称为"世界三大犯罪灾难"之一。在全球化与一体化成为当今世界主流的同时,跨国有组织犯罪也借此"东风",把其触角延伸到世界的各个角落。中国地区包括港澳台,由于其特殊的经济社会特征和地理类型,更是成为了有组织犯罪滋生的敏感地区。因此,我国中央政府积极与港澳台地区开展打击有组织犯罪的合作与交流,具有重大的本土意义、区域意义和国际意义。
The organized criminal is one kind of highest shape crime which the internat ional society recognizes now, is called＂the world three big crime disasters＂ by the United Nations General Assembly one. The Chinese area includes Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, as a result of its special economic society characteristic and the geography type , has become the sensitive area which the organized criminal multiplies. Therefore, our country Central authorities crack down on the organized criminal positively with the HongKong, Macao and Taiwan Region development the cooperation and the exchange,has the significant natire place Significance, the region significance and the internat ional significance.
