摘要
对新型组合脊骨梁结构中的多排预应力波形钢腹板组合挑梁进行了模型试验,并根据波形钢腹板不抵抗弯矩的结论和拟平截面假定,分析了这种结构的徐变收缩效应和预应力作用效率;同时,采用基于换算截面的修正刚接梁法,计算得出波形钢腹板挑梁间的荷载分布规律和活载下的内力分布。结果表明:预应力波形钢腹板挑梁的混凝土桥面板抗裂安全性较常规组合挑梁有明显的提高,显示出优越的力学性能。
An experimental study was performed to the new-type composite spine girder with prestressed multi-cantilever composite beams with corrugated steel webs. According to the conclusion that corrugated steel webs can't resist bending moment and the quasi plane section assumption, the main behaviors of this structure, such as the creep and shrinkage effect of concrete slab and the efficiency of prestress were analyzed. Then, the load distribution rules of cantilever beams with corrugated steel webs and inner force distribution under living loads were investigated by utilizing the modified rigid-joint girder method based on transformed section method. Results show that this structure has better crack resistance capacity than traditional one, and the multi-cantilever prestressed composite beams with corrugated steel webs have good mechanical performances.
