摘要
由于实施掺水乳化降黏工艺开采的稠油油藏结垢现象严重,在对常用阻垢剂性能评价的基础上,研制了缓慢释放型阻垢剂GY-1,并设计了一套专门装载GY-1型固体阻垢剂的双管装置。GY-1型缓蚀阻垢剂由多种有机膦酸、特殊表面活性剂、增效剂等组成,具有磷含量低、阻垢效率高、绿色环保等优点。探讨了GY-1型固体阻垢剂的作用机理,主要包括螯合性、分散性和晶格歪曲作用3部分。现场试验表明:GY-1型缓释阻垢剂阻垢率在90%以上,阻垢效果显著。
In view of serious scaling during the development of heavy oil with water emulsify visbreaking technology, based on the evaluation to the common scale inhibitor, a new type of solid scaling inhibitor, GY-1, is developed, which can he released slowly, and a set of equipment with double string is designed specially for packing with GY-1, the solid scaling inhibitor. GY-1 composes of many kinds of organic phosphoric acid, special surface acting agent and synergistic agent, and has the advantages of low content of phosphorus, high scale inhibition ratio and green environmental protection. The paper discussed the mechanism of GY-1 solid scaling inhibitor, which is mainly including three parts of chelation, dispersity and lattice deformation. Field test in Chen Nan west area shows that the scale inhibition ratio of GY-1 slowly released scaling inhibitor is above 90% and the inhibition capability of scale is preferable.
