活性碳对乌头类生物碱的吸附作用 被引量:5

摘要 我院中药制剂益气回阳注射液中的附子采用水醇工艺法提取,药液经活性碳吸附处理后,制剂成品却检测不出附子所含的乌头碱类生物碱成分。为了解其中原因,本实验采用酸性染料比色法,测定了附子药液及经不同量的活性碳吸附后附子药液中乌头碱类生物碱的含量。结果表明,是因为活性碳对乌头碱类生物碱吸附作用较强以致使含附子药液中的乌头碱类生物碱丢失,提示在该类制剂工艺中应尽量避免活性碳吸附。 おiqi Huiyang injection was prepared by aqueous_alcohol_precipitation of Radix Aconiti Praeparata,then the extraction was treated with activated charcoal and the aconitine_type alkaloids can not be detected in the finished preparation.Acid dye colorimetry was used for quantitative determination of aconitine_type in the extraction of Radix Aconiti Praeparata which was adsorbed by different concentration of activated charcoal. The results showed that a lot of aconitine-type alkaloids were adsorbed by activated charcoal. It is suggested that activated charcoal should be avoided of using in its preparation
