摘要
本试验采用初始体重15g左右的异育银鲫(Carassius auratus gibelio)作为饲养对象,在饲料中分别添加0、70、210、420mg/kg的β-葡聚糖,饲养65d,研究β-葡聚糖对异育银鲫生长和血清、头肾、肝胰脏中溶菌酶、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性以及经嗜水气单胞菌感染后免疫保护率的影响。结果表明:β-葡聚糖对异育银鲫的生长无显著影响,但可以提高鱼体的溶菌酶、SOD活性和免疫保护率;当饲料中添加210mg/kg的β-葡聚糖时,可以显著提高异育银鲫的非特异性免疫。
Crucian carp (Carassius auratus gibelio) were fed with the diets containing various levels of β-glucan (0,70,210,420 mg/kg respectively) to determine effects of β-glucan on non-specific immunity and growth.The influence of dietary β-gluean were determined by examing growth performance,lysozyme activity and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in serum and head kidney and liver,the capability of resistance to A eromonas hydrophila were determined 65 d after the fish were fed with diets.The results showed that β-glucan supplementation in the dietary of crucian carp had no significant effects on growth performance ,but can improve tysozyme activity and SOD activity and disease resistance; and the fish fed with diets containing 210 mg/kg β-glucan can improve significantly non-specific immunological function in crucian carp.
