海洋红酵母不同添加形式对凡纳滨对虾生长、消化酶活性及免疫相关指标的影响 被引量:3

Effects of different addition forms of Rhodotorula mucilaginosa on growth,digestive enzyme activity and immune indexes of Litopenaeus vannamei

摘要 研究了海洋红酵母不同添加形式对凡纳滨对虾生长、消化、非特异性免疫指标和免疫信号通路相关基因表达的影响。以初始体重(3.57±0.01)g的凡纳滨对虾为实验对象,在商品对虾饲料中添加活菌体、热灭活菌体和超声波破壁菌体三种不同形式的海洋红酵母,以未添加菌体的对虾饲料为对照组,养殖周期为42 d。实验结束后,测定凡纳滨对虾的生长、消化和非特异性免疫酶活性及其免疫信号通路相关基因的相对表达量。研究表明:各组对虾成活率均在88%以上,不同处理组间差异不显著(P>0.05);与对照组相比,饲料中添加不同形式的海洋红酵母不仅可显著促进凡纳滨对虾的生长,还能显著提高凡纳滨对虾肝胰腺淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶和脂肪酶的活性(P<0.05);添加海洋红酵母的活菌体和破壁菌体,凡纳滨对虾血清中的超氧化物歧化酶、酸性磷酸酶、碱性磷酸酶、溶菌酶和总一氧化氮合酶活性均显著提高(P<0.05);添加海洋红酵母活菌体,凡纳滨对虾肝胰腺免疫信号通路Toll、Imd和Relish基因相对表达量显著提高(P<0.05)。综合比较表明,饲料中添加热灭活和破壁菌体对对虾的促长作用更佳,破壁菌体对提高胰蛋白酶和脂肪酶活性更为有效,但热灭活菌体对血清中相关免疫酶活性影响不大,而活菌则显著提高了对虾肝胰腺免疫信号通路Toll、Imd和Relish基因相对表达量。 Effects of different additive forms of R.mucilaginosa on the growth,digestive enzyme activity,serum non-specific immunity and expression of immune signal pathway relating genes of litopenaeus vannamei were studied.The different forms of R.mucilaginosa were live cells(HY),heat-killed cells(HS)and ultrasonic wall-broken yeast extract(PH).The control was basic diet without probiotic.The culture period was 42 days.The results showed that the survival rates of each treatment group were above 90%.The addition of different forms of R.mucilaginosa into the feed not only significantly promoted the growth of shrimp,but also significantly improved the digestive enzyme activity(P<0.05).The activities of SOD,ACP,AKP,LSZ and TNOS in the serum of shrimp were significantly increased with the addition of live and ultrasonic inactivated cells(P<0.05).The relative expression levels of Toll,Imd and Relish gene of shrimp hepatopancreas in HY groups were significantly enhanced(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplementation of both heat-killed and ultrasonic wall-broken cells of R.mucilaginosa could effectively promote the growth.Cell wall-broken yeast also could effectively improve the activities of protease and lipase,while live cells could significantly improve the expression of immune signal pathway relating genes Toll,Imd and Relish.
