摘要
高脂血症属中医痰浊、瘀血证范畴,与肝脾肾的功能失调相关,因脾失健运,痰瘀互结导致。杨老提出"从痰瘀论治",化痰降浊、活血化瘀治其标,健脾益气、强本清源治其本。每用皆获疗效。
Hyperlipemia belongs to TCM categories of blood stasis-phlegm syndrome.It had relationship with the functional disorder of liver,spleen and kidney.The cause is spleen failing in transportation and binding of phlegm and blood stasis.YANG Mu-xiang advanced that hyperlipemia is treated from ＂phlegm and blood stasis＂,treat its tip with resolve phlegm and downbearing the turbid and activate blood and resolve stasis,treat its root by replenish qi and fortify the spleen and reinforcement root and clear fountainhead.Treatment effect can be acquired everytime.
