摘要
原发性高脂血症是心脑血管疾病的重要危险因素,其发病率逐年上升。笔者在多年的临床观察中总结提出,"湿浊"为高脂血症的核心病机,并以"升清降浊"为基本治疗大法,在指导中医药治疗高脂血症中取得了良好的临床疗效。文章从理、法、方、药4个方面,就这一治疗思路从中医理论角度进行阐释。
Primary hyperlipidemia is an important risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and its morbidity is increasing year by year.In our many years of clinical observation,it summarized and put forward that‘dampnessturbidity’is the core pathogenesis of hyperlipidemia,and take‘ascending,clearing and reducing turbidity’as the basic treatment.It has achieved good clinical effect in guiding the treatment of hyperlipidemia with traditional Chinese medicine.From the four aspects of theory,method,prescription and medicine,this paper explained this treatment idea from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine theory.
