                    以不同产地零星开花母竹为亲本,通过控制授粉得到了遗传变异丰富的麻竹种内杂交子代。对65个正常生长的杂交组合子代苗进行苗期选择,根据不同培育目标选出优良笋用及笋材两用杂交组合29个和34个。入选优良笋用杂交组合平均发笋量比选择前增加17.9%;入选笋材两用杂交组合的平均发笋量、地径及杆高比未选择前分别提高4.8%、22.6%和19.5%。研究表明,麻竹可以通过人工杂交及选择获得生长性状优良的杂交后代用于生产。
                
                A hybrid progeny with abundant genetic variations was got by controlling pollination with mother bamboo of different provenances of Dendrocalamus latiflorus at the parent. The seedling stage selection was carded out for 65 normally growing cross combinations progenies. 29 cross combinations for shoot and 34 cross combination for both shoot and bamboo were selected based on different cultivation objectives, and the average shoot number of selected cross combinations for shoot was 17.9% higher than that of the unselected ones. The average shoot number, basal diameter and collar diameter and culm height of selected cross combinations for both shoot and bamboo were 4.8%, 22.6% and 19.5%, respectively, higher than those of unselected ones. The result showed that hybrid progeny ofDendrocalamus latiflorus with excellent growth trait could be obtained via artificial crossing and selections for production.
