摘要
建立了纺织助剂中游离甲醛的气相色谱质谱测定方法。该方法利用2,4-二硝基苯肼对甲醛进行衍生化,后用二氯甲烷萃取,采用选择离子方式进行GC-MS检测。该方法在20~500mg/kg范围内有较好的线性关系,回收率为91.4%~100.2%,检测限可达10mg/kg。方法简便快速,灵敏度高,并能有效消除基质的干扰。
Formaldehyde in some textile auxiliaries was determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The formaldehyde reacted with 2,4-dinitrophenyldrazine/hydrochloric acid solution to form hydrazone,then extracted by methylene chloride.Quantitative determinations were performed by GC-MS.A good linear range of 20-500mg/kg was obtained with a regression coefficient of 0.999,the recovery was in the range of 91.4%-100.2% ,and the limit of determination was 10mg/kg.The method was simple,sensitive,and it could avoid the disturbance of impurity in textile auxiliaries.
