摘要
基于郊区轨道交通客流的广阔发展前景,以上海轨道交通为例,结合客流调研数据,采用定量与定性相结合的方法,深入分析影响郊区轨道交通客流的原因。在此基础上,提出加快形成轨道交通骨干网络,加强站点周边区域多功能开发,配置科学合理的一体化换乘系统,联合公交运营企业构筑一体化城市客运交通模式等郊区轨道客流规模保障策略,扭转上海郊区轨道交通客流低迷、效益低下、建设经营成效甚微的现状,实现上海郊区轨道交通建设及营运的良性循环及可持续发展。
Based on the broad prospects of suburban rail traffic flow, taking Shanghai rail transportation as an example, this paper analyzed the reasons influencing suburban rail traffic flow by combining quantitative method with qualitative method. Then, the paper put forward some suburban rail transit passengers scale protection strategy such as speeding up formation of the backbone network, strengthening the surrounding region-site multifunctional development, designing the transfer system scientifically, cooperating with bus operators, and building integrated urban passenger transport modes, aiming at reversing the status quo of flow downturn, low efficiency, and operating little success. Thus, a virtuous circle and sustainable development of Shanghai suburban rail transit construction and operation were achieved. The Research results may provide reference for Shanghai and the similar urban suburb track line＇s construction plan and operation strategy.
