摘要
目的:建立了高效液相色谱法测定头孢美唑钠的分析方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定头孢美唑钠含量。结果:头孢美唑钠在12μg/ml-120μg/ml范围内线性良好(V=0.9998),平均回收率99.5%,精密度RSD= 0.08%。结论:该方法简便,重现性好,专属性强。
Objective：The method of Cefmetazole Sodium was resolved by HPLCo Methods： It can be used to determine the content of Cefmetazole Sodium Results： Cefmetazole Sodium was linear by HPLC within the range of 12μg/ml - 120μg/ml（ r = 0. 9998）, the average recoveries rate was 99.5%, Precision RSD = 0.08% o Conclusion： The results showed that a correction factor should be introduced into the equation for calcuation of the percentage of Cefmetazole Sodiumo It was simple, rapid and specific.
