摘要
对电沉积Al/Pb-WC-ZrO2系复合电极材料的组成、表面微观形态及电化学性能进行了研究.结果表明:Al/Pb-WC-ZrO2系复合镀层的相结构为结晶态;加入CeO2能使镀层的晶粒变细,但不利于WC和ZrO2的沉积;Al/Pb-WC-ZrO2系复合电极材料的析氧活化性好.
The electro-chemical properties, components, surface morphologies and electrochemical properties of electrodeposited a series of Al/Pb-WC-ZrO2 composite coatings, were all investigated. The results show that the composite coatings are crystallized as-deposited. The addition of CeO2 particles could make crystal particles of composite coatings become greatly small. But it is disadvantage to depositing WC and ZrO2. A series of Al/Pb-WC-ZrO2 composite electrode materials have a good oxygen evolution active.
