摘要
研究了电镀液中固体微粒质量浓度及工艺条件对Al/β/-PbO2-WC-ZrO2复合电极材料的表面化学组成及稳态析氧极化曲线的影响规律,对工艺条件进行了优化,优化后的工艺条件如下:WC∶50 g/L,ZrO2浓度为50 g/L,电流密度为3 A/dm2,温度:20℃,电沉积时间:2.5 h.该新型电极用于锌电积可使槽电压降低,电流效率提高。
The influences of the mass concentration of solid particles in the electroplate liquid and the technological conditions on the surface chemical composition and polarization curves of steady-state oxygen evolution of Al/β-PbO2-WC-ZrO2 Composite electrode materials were studied. In addition, the technological conditions were optimized as follows : On the condition of the concentration of WC, ZrO2 were both 50g/L, the current density, the temperature and the electrodeposition time were respectively 3A/dm^2, 20℃ and 2. 5h. Using this kind of novel electrode in the zinc electrowinning can reduce the cell voltage and increase the current efficiency.
