摘要
本文基于突变理论,对大坝安全评价这样的复杂系统,进行多层目标分解,然后根据归一公式进行量化递归运算,分别计算出不同时期大坝安全总突变隶属函数值,从而动态地对大坝安全状态进行模糊综合分析与评判.示例表明,本文的方法是合理、可行的.
This paper is intended to discuss and analysis the dynamic assessment for dam safety based on catastrophe theory. At first, we divide the complex assessment system of dam safety into some subsystems according to each factor's inherent stratification link, then put them to quantitative and recursive operation by using the normalization formula so as to obtain the ultimate catastrophe membership function (UCMF) values of dam safety in different time. Finally, we can dynamically evaluate dam safety according to them. The example shows that the method in this paper is reasonable and feasible.
