摘要
利用低成本天然掺合料、在标准成型工艺和热水养护条件下制备出高性能的活性粉末混凝土(Reactive Powder Concrete)。通过详细地测试RPC立方体抗压强度、圆柱体轴心抗压强度、劈拉强度、弯折强度、弹性模量,对这些物理量随钢纤维体积掺量变化的规律进行分析。研究表明,在同时满足高性能、和易性和经济要求的前提下,钢纤维体积掺量宜控制在1%~2%。给出了RPC强度和弹性模量随钢纤维体积掺量变化的经验表达式。
A high performance reactive powder concrete (RPC) has been prepared by low-cost natural particles through the standard casting procedure and the hot-water curing condition. The cubic compressive strength, cylindrical uniaxial compressive strength, split tensile strength, flexural tensile strength and elastic modulus of RPC have been investigated in detail. The tendency of these quantities evolving with the increment of volumetric content of steel fibers has been analyzed. It is shown that the volumetric content of steel fibers has to be within 1% - 2% in order to meet the requirements of the high performance, good workability and economy simultaneously. In addition, the relationships between the measured strengths and the elastic modulus of RPC and the volumetric contents of steel fibers have been empirically formulated.
