摘要
文中基于最紧密堆积原理,提出制备UHPC时四粒级黄河特细砂的最优级配组合。在紧密堆积密度最高的黄河特细砂组合下,改变浆体填充系数调整浆体量,完成了在黄河特细砂最优级配下制备超高性能混凝土的协同设计与优化。试验结果表明,在填充系数为2.1时,28 d抗压强度大于100 MPa,其对应的流动度为185 mm。
Based on the principle of closest packing,the optimal grading combination of four-grain Yellow River ultra-fine sand is proposed for the preparation of UHPC.Under the combination of the Yellow River ultra-fine sand with the highest compact packing density,the synergistic design and optimization of UHPC preparation under the optimal grading of Yellow River special fine sand was completed by changing the filling coefficient of the slurry to adjust the volume of slurry.The test results show that the 28 d compressive strength is more than 100 MPa at the filling factor of 2.1,and its corresponding flow degree is 185 mm.
