桑叶粉对蛋鸡产蛋性能和鸡蛋品质的影响 被引量:16

摘要 饲料中分别添加7.5%和15%的桑叶粉,调查了对蛋鸡生产性能和鸡蛋品质的影响。结果表明,试验初期蛋鸡取食量有下降趋势,但生理状况正常,无破蛋、软蛋及畸形蛋,对鸡蛋的主要品质指标和蛋黄中主要营养成分的含量也没有显著影响。但添加桑叶粉后产蛋量和饲料效率有所降低,添加量越多其不良影响越大。桑叶粉对鸡蛋品质最显著的影响是能提高蛋黄的黄度,改善鸡蛋感官性状,桑叶粉添加量越多,效果越明显。 It was tested that the productive performance of laying hens and egg quality when 7.5% and 15% mulberry leaves powder was added in fodder.The results indicated that the quantity of ingestion diminished in the short time after the laying hens feed on this forage, but their physiological stiuations were normal and no damaged eggs, soft eggs and deformed eggs. Besides, mulberry leaves powder has no significant effect on important quality indexes of eggs and the content of important nutritional component in yolk. But it was found that the quantity of eggs and feed efficiency slightly reduced when the forage was added in mulberry, leaves powder,and the more mulberry leaves powder was added, the more effect emerged. The most significant effect of mulberry leaves powder on egg quality was that it can deepen colour of yolk and improve sensuous characters of eggs,while the more mulberry leaves powder was added, the more significant effect was.
