摘要
以幼年及不同性别成年小鼠为动物模型,探讨桑叶作为动物饲料对单胃动物脂肪代谢的影响。在主要营养水平基本一致的条件下,给不同类型模型小鼠分别饲喂含20%和40%桑叶粉的饲料,幼年小鼠连续饲喂21 d、成年小鼠连续饲喂15 d,分别取血清、小肠、胰腺、腹部脂肪、肌肉等组织器官做检测。测定小鼠脂类代谢指标的结果表明,饲喂添加桑叶粉的饲料可不同程度降低小鼠血清甘油三酯含量,并极显著降低小鼠总胆固醇含量、腹脂系数和雌性小鼠肌肉脂肪含量(P<0.01),但可极显著促进雄性小鼠肌肉脂肪沉积(P<0.01);测定小鼠营养物质代谢关键酶活性的结果表明,饲喂添加桑叶粉的饲料可不同程度提高幼年小鼠血清中的淀粉酶活性,但会极显著抑制小肠中的蔗糖酶、麦芽糖酶以及血清中的脂肪酶活性(P<0.01),而胰腺脂肪酶活性则不同程度升高。另对小鼠的生长发育调查表明,饲喂含20%桑叶粉的饲料,不影响幼年小鼠正常生长发育,但可减缓成年小鼠体质量增长速度。推测当饲料中的桑叶粉质量分数≥20%时,桑叶粉中的活性物质可调节哺乳动物体内碳水化合物和脂肪代谢关键酶的活性,从而控制体内的脂肪沉积,这为生产低脂高品质畜禽产品以及拓宽桑叶新用途提供了新思路。
Young and adult mice of different genders were used as animal model to investigate the effects of mulberry leaves on fat metabolism of monogastric animals. Under generally consistent levels of major nutrients, different group mice were fed with a diet containing 20% or 40% mulberry leaf powder, among which young mice were fed continuously for 21 days and adult mice were fed continuously for 15 days. Then, mouse serum, small intestine, pancreas, abdominal fat and muscle were collected for related biochemical index measurement. The indexes of fat metabolism in mice showed that addition of mulberry leaf powder in the diet reduce serum triglyceride content to different extents and could extremely significantly reduce total cholesterols, abdominal fat ratio, and fat content in muscle of female mice ( P 〈 0.01 ), but could extremely significantly increase muscle fat content of male mice ( P 〈0.01 ). Activity assay of key enzymes involved in nutrition metabolism of mice indicated that addition of mulberry leaf powder in the diet could increase young mouse serum amylase activity to different extents, but would extremely significantly inhibit activity of intestinal su- crase, maltase, and lipase in serum and small intestine, while lipase activity in pancreas was increased to different extents.Moreover, data of survey to mouse growth and development indicated that addition of 20% mulberry leaf powder had little effect on normal growth and development of young mice, but would slow down the rate of weight increase of adult mice. It is suggested that, when mass fraction of mulberry leaf powder in the diet reaches 20% or above, the active substances of mulberry leaf can reg-ulate activity of key enzymes involved in carbohydrate and fat osition. These results provide a new direction for developing metabolism of mammals, thereby reducing animal fat deplow-fat high-quality livestock and poultry products and for broadening new ways to utilize mulberry leaves.
