摘要
分析环氧氯丙烷国内外生产和消费状况，预计世界范围内今后几年将以5％～6％的速度增长，国内环氧氯丙烷产销率则达100％，且近几年来大量进口环氧氯丙烷，1998-2006年进口量的平均增长率达31．17％，但2007年以来，随着国内环氧氯丙烷装置的建成投产，进口量有所下降。对比其生产技术进展状况，指出甘油法生产工艺路线将成为今后技术的发展方向，并提出了发展建议。
Analyzes the production and consumption of chloropropylene oxide at home and abroad, predicts that it will increase at a rate of 5% -6% worldwide in the next few years. The production/sales ratio is 100% in our country, and a large amount was imported in recent years, especially during 1998-2006, the average increasing rate of import is 31. 17%, but since 2007, the import was slightly decreased with the commissioning of domestic chloroprop- ylene oxide plants. The production processes were compared and it is pointed out that glycerol process is the developing trend in future. Proposals are also put forward for the process development.
