摘要
研究了磷渣、窑灰以及激发剂掺量对大掺量磷渣窑灰复掺水泥物理性能的影响。结果表明:15%的窑灰掺量对磷渣水泥后期强度有显著的提高,特别是在磷渣掺量较大的情况下,平均增长率可达到20%以上。在磷渣窑灰复掺水泥体系中掺入适量的硫酸钠,低混合材掺量时,体系的3d强度影响不大,28d强度有较大幅度的提高,而混合材掺量较大时,3d、28d强度均有显著提高。
The influences of content of phosphorous slag (PS), cement kiln dust (CKD) and excitant on physical properties of the large content phosphorus slag-cement kiln dust cement were studied in this paper. The results show that CKD with content of 15% increases the final strength of the phosphorous slag cement obviously. Especially with the large content of phosphorous slag, the average rate of growth can exceed 20%. Na2SO4 has little influence on the 3d strength and large increase for the 28d strength of the complex cement with little content of PS. While, Na2SO4 has significant increase on the 3d and 28d strength of the binder system with large content of PS.
