摘要
对自制黄芪多糖Ⅱ(其为D-葡聚糖,分子量约为12300)和市售D-葡聚糖(分子量在15000~20000)进行硒化反应后,用在小鼠上具有各种免疫作用。为得到高含硒量的黄芪多糖和葡聚糖,本文在硒化条件上进行了深入探索,实验证明:提高样品含硒量的关键是硒化试剂用量和硒化反应时间。样品重量(g)/硒化剂量(mL)以1:1最佳,硒化反应时间约1d~2d为宜。在上述反应条件下,得到含硒量高达16820及4031μg/g的硒化黄芪多糖Ⅱ和硒化葡聚糖。
Seleno reaction products of self made Astragalan Ⅱ(a kind of D dextrans,12 300)and market sold D dextran(15 000~20 000)were found to have immunological effects on mice.In order to enhance Se content in the products,detailed studies on Seleno reaction conditions were conducted.It was found that the key factors were the dosage of Seleno agent and reaction time.It is recommended that the weight ratio of sample to Seleno agent is one,and the reaction time is 1~2 days.Under these conditions,Se content in Selenoastragalan and Selenodextran can reach 16 820 and 4 031 μg/g,respectively.\;
