摘要
目的:观察复方甘草酸苷治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效和安全性,并进行药物经济学评价。方法:86例寻常型银屑病患者随机均分为2组,对照组给予综合药物治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上,同时静滴复方甘草酸苷100mL·d-1,疗程均为3周。结果:治疗组与对照组的有效率分别为72.1%和41.9%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组2例,对照组1例出现轻微不良反应,均不影响治疗;治疗组成本效果比低于对照组。结论:复方甘草酸苷治疗寻常型银屑病安全、有效、经济。
Objective： To observe the curative effect and safety of compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris and evaluate it by pharmacoeconomics. Methods： 86 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into 2 groups： control group were treated with conventional therapy, treatment group were administrated with 100 mL·d^-1 compound glycyrrhizin based on conventional therapy for 3 weeks. Results： The responsive rates for treatment group and control group were 72.1% and 41.9% respectively. Great significances were found between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Slight adverse drug reactions occurred in both groups, two cases in treatment group and one in control group, which didn＇t affect curative effects. Cost-effectiveness of treatment group is lower than control group. Conclusion： Compound glycyrrhizin was safe, effective and economic for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.
