摘要
目的:通过对十字花科芸苔属植物白菜、油菜、青菜有效成分的研究比较,探索十字花科植物所含化学成分规律,为寻找新药源奠定基础,为植物化学分类学提供科学数据。方法:对白菜、油菜、青菜分别进行水、醇、石油醚提取,对其检液有效成分进行纸色谱法、试管试验法、薄层色谱法检测。结果:三种植物均含有蛋白质、氨基酸、糖、黄酮、生物碱、三萜皂苷、挥发油等成分。结论:芸苔属白菜、油菜、青菜三种植物有效成分既有相似性又有差异性。
Objective: To study effective components in Cruciferae Brassica in an effort to find new medicine and to provide the theoretical basis for plant taxonomy. Methods. The B pekinensis Rupr; B campestris;and B chinensis were extracted by water,alcohol and petroleum ether respectively,and paper chromatography, tube test and thin layer chromatography were applied to determine each effective component. Result: Protein, amino acids, monosaccharide, flavonoids, alkaloids, triterpenoid saponins, volatile oils were determined in the above three plants. Conclusion: There is not only similarity but also difference in the three varietise.
