摘要
任何一项改革都需要支付一定的改革成本,而教育改革成本增加是教育改革深化中比较突出的问题。从主体角度划分,教育改革成本可以划分为政府改革成本、学校改革成本、教师个体改革成本等,要使各种成本最小化,就要建立合理的成本分担机制,避免不合理的成本产生。
The increase of cost is an outstanding problem in the deepening stage of China＇s education reform. From the point of main body involved in reformation, the cost of educational reform can be classified into three parts： the reform cost of government, the reform cost of the school, teacher＇s individual reform cost. To minimize the educational reform, our country must set up the sharing mechanism for education reform cost, and avoid the unreasonable cost.
