摘要
本文根据我国建筑业存在的主要问题和发展需要,从加快产业组织结构调整,建立完善现代企业制度,提高总承包管理水平,增强科技创新和资本运作能力,加强企业之间的联合等方面,阐述了培育大型国有建筑企业的主要途径。
This paper expatiated the main approaches cultivating large-scale state-owned construction enterprises from aspects of speeding up the industrial structure adjustment, establishing and improving modern enterprise system, raising overall contract management level, enhancing scientific and technological innovation and capital operation capacity and strengthening the co-operations among enterprises according to the main problems and development needs of construction industry in China.
