摘要
[目的]建立一种简便、快捷测定菊粉含量的方法。[方法]配制标准溶液,绘制总糖和还原糖标准曲线,确定检测波长、沸水中加热时间与显色时间,并进行重现性试验,研究菊粉含量测定的最佳方法。[结果]确定了测定菊粉多糖含量的紫外分光光度法:菊粉中总糖测量用蒽酮法,稀释500倍后的菊粉溶液1 ml加5 ml的蒽酮试剂,沸水中加热15 min,黑暗处显色15 min,于615 nm处测定吸光度。[结论]用紫外-分光光度法测定菊粉含量的方法具有操作简便、易于推广及测量的成本低等优点。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a kind of simple and rapid method to detect inulin.[Method] The total and reducing sugar standard curve was made after the preparation of standard solution. Detective wavelength,heating time, color time and the repeatability of the experiment was determined. [Results] The method of UV-VIS spectrophotometry to detect inulin was estabished. And assured detective wavelength of total sugar was 615 nm. [ Conclusion] The method of UV-VIS spectrophotometry was rapid ,accurate and repeatable.
