摘要
在高等教育大众化的背景下,高等学校的教学质量问题也日显突出,如何做到在数量增长的同时保证质量,实现规模、质量、结构、效益的协调发展,是高校改革与发展中非常关键的问题。教学督导作为教学质量保证与监控体系中的重要组成部分,在促进教学改革、加强教学管理、对保证和提高教学质量等方面起着重要的作用。
On the basis of the population of the higher education, the problem in the quality of teaching appears gradually in every college and university. The key problem of reform and development of the college and university is how to be sure that the quantity of the university goes well with the quality, and thus to develop in harmony with the scale, quality, structure and the beneficial result. Teaching supervisors, as one of the important parts in the supervising and controlling system in the quality of teaching, are playing very important roles in assurance of the teaching quality.
