摘要
结合长株潭城市群的发展,分析了长株潭一体化对房地产业的效应,主要包括低房价效应、趋同效应和慢牛效应,阐述了继续保持长株潭房地产业可持续发展的方法,从而促进长株潭地区的经济发展。
Combined with the urban agglomeration development in Chang-Zhu-Tan, the author analyzes the effect of Chang-Zhu-Tan integration to the real estate including the low housing price effect, the convergence effect and the slow bull effect, describes the method of keeping the sustainable development of the real estate in Chang-Zhu-Tan integration, to promoting the economic development in Chang-Zhu-Tan area.
