摘要
根据圆锥破碎机衬板用耐磨材料的使用情况、工况条件和性能要求,对钢的化学成分、热处理工艺、综合性能进行了试验研究,并优化出一套最佳热处理工艺方案,制定了熔炼、铸造、热处理工艺,进行了生产小试和装机运行。结果表明,该耐磨铸件的使用寿命是普通高锰钢的1.3~1.5倍,且处理矿量增加,具有明显的经济效益。
According to the service condition and performance requirement of wear resistant material used for lining board in cone crusher, the chemical component, heat treatment process and mechanical properties of hadifield-steel were studied. Then a set of optimal heat treatment process was obtained, and the procedure for fusion, foundry and heat-treatment process were drew up. After trial production and operation, it can be concluded that, the service life of the wear resistant material is 1.3-1.5 times than that of the common hadifield-steel, and its crushing ability increases, which has good economic benefits.
