摘要
通过ProCAST有限元分析了一种大型衬板水冷金属型铸件成形过程的温度场、应力场和缺陷。采用底注式倾斜浇注,抽芯油缸进行局部加压,顶出油缸顶出,并研究了铸造的新工艺及其铸型设计和工艺参数的选取原则。结果表明,结合试生产结果,证明这种铸造方法工艺出品率可达78%,衬板组织细密,生产效率高,铸件表面光洁。
The temperature field, stress field and defect of the forming process of a large liner water-cooled metal mold casting were analyzed through the ProCAST finite element. A base injection was used to apply local pressure, the top of the oil cylinder was put out, and the new process of casting and the selection principle of casting design and process parameters were studied. The results show that the production rate of this casting method can reach 78%, the microstructure of mill liner is dense, the production efficiency is higher, and the casting surface is clean.
