摘要
用9种食用菌对云杉的降解作用进行了研究,在变色圈试验中发现,只有金针菇优先降解纤维素,其余8种均优先降解木质素。降解试验中显示,菌落直径与变色圈比值(d1/d2)的大小与降解率没有相关性。结合两部分试验可知:菌株的降解能力与选择性无关。杏鲍菇对木质素和纤维素的降解能力均较强,为降解云杉的优势菌株。
The degradation effect of 9 species of edible fungi to spruce was studied. It was discovered that only Flammulina velatipes preferentially degraded cellulose. All the other 8 species degraded lignin preferentially. The degradation experiment showed that the ratio (dl/d2) size of colony diameter and discoloration circle had no relativity with degradation rate. Combining two parts experiments, it was concluded that the degradation ability of the strain had no reference to selectivity. And Pleurotus eryngii had strong degradation ability to lignin and cellulose it was the predominant strains of degrading spruce.
